Thank you for shopping with MILTODENT. We hope you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
RETURNS
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. We offer a full product cost refund, minus any shipping costs incurred.
EXCHANGES
We only accept exchanges for damaged or defective items.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@miltodent.com and we will guide you through the process.
Please note, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
LATE REFUNDS
If you’ve been notified of refund approval but haven’t received it yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times can vary).
If the issue persists, contact us directly.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Sale or clearance items (FINAL SALE).
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
